For example, our own Kim Burns and Margot Kong recently returned from a Travel Experts Summit on a Seabourn Cruise in the Caribbean. Was this a boondoggle? No! Did they have fun? Absolutely! But more importantly, they were meeting with over 150 fellow luxury travel advisors and 60 luxury travel suppliers (cruise lines, hoteliers, tour companies, insurance companies, auto companies and other travel specialists) to network, learn about new products and services, get industry trends and updates, and make new relationships and strengthen old ones — all in the name of improving the quality of the services we provide our clients.
